Offered is a copy of Henry C Pitz' instructional book,INK DRAWING TECHNIQUES, this one printed in 1957. Black textured cloth covers the boards and spine, the front is decorated with a gilt signature of the author, the spine with gilt text. Approximately 8 1/8" x 10 1/2" with 144 pages, illustrated. Dust cover is decorated on the front with several pen and ink works in red and black ink, overlapping. The spine and back with text.
The book is in good condition: there is moderate wear along the bottom and at the top and bottom of the spine. Someone has written their name on the front end paper, which also has some pricing in pencil. Otherwise the pages seem clean, the binding tight. The dust cover has lots of tears and folds and bends along the edges, faded and soiled at the spine, the inner flap price tag has been cut off. The former owner wrote their name on the top front.
