Offered is a revised and enlarged edition of a bookJazz Improvisation1: TONAL AND RHYTHMICPRINCIPLES, by John Mehegan with a preface by Leonard Bernstein. Paperback, decorated with black, white and red ink; of an edition first published in 1984, this copy appears to be a 7th printing published in 1997. Approximately 8 5/8" x 11", with 223 pages, lots of scored music.
This book has been carried around and used, the corners are bent and worn, the cover has a couple of bends. Overall in pretty good condition otherwise, the pages are clean inside, and the binding is firm. There is a small price tag on the back cover.
