For sale is a SAN FRANCISCO CHRONICLE special release called MILLENIUM: A CENTURY ENDS, A CENTURY BEGINS, a boxed set of newspapers covering December 31, 1999 and January 1, 2000 plus an extra advertising promotional run retrospective paper covering the paper during the 1900s. Housed in corrugated cardboard, each of the actual papers is housed in an oversized zip-lock bag, the extra promo is not.The box shows a bit of wear: the box is not as square as it once was, and has scratches, bumped and worn corners and edges, and it seems apparent that when the papers were not in the box it was crushed a little at one point. With all that said, the box still functions as intended - kind of acts as a book for display.
