The album could use a good cleaning, and has some light scratches/scuffs; I gave it a VG+ rating using Goldmine standards I found on line. The sleeve is also given a VG+ rating, some ring wear, shelf wear on the edges and corners, some water damage and soiling. No serious bends, creases or splits.
