The disc itself I give an Excellent rating; though there are 2 slight scratches, they are not immediately obvious under bright light, and shouldn't affect listening. The cover has a clipped corner, a cutout, but is still mostly encased in the original shrink wrap. The corners do show a little wear, a little bumped from shelving. The inner sleeve is original, but does have a small tear at the hole on one side.
