Offered is a paperback version of the cookbook called SOUTH WIND THROUGH THE KITCHEN The Best of Elizabeth David, a posthumous effort compiled by Jill Norman. The front cover features a photo of the food writer in a kitchen with a glass of wine, the back a smaller shot in a kitchen at work with some promotional verbiage, the spine with red and black text against a white background. Approximately 6" x 9" with 384 pages, illustrated and indexed.
This book is in very nice condition. The inside pages are clean, binding tight, shelf wear is at a minimum. There is a little rubbing on the paper surface (white is a tough color). This book would make a nice gift.
