Offered is a tie dyed sheet, intended to be used decoratively as a tapestry or wall hanging. This tapestry features a star pattern, somewhat Kaleidoscopic, in the purple to green part of the spectrum. Tie dyed by Andy Castle in February, 2016 in San Francisco; approximately 92" x 80.5"; finished edges. Suitable as a wall hanging or tapestry, this piece is a Wamsutta Supercale sheet, which accounts for the pastel color; often manufacturers treat thread and/or fabrics with sizing and other finishes which resist dye. The dye process involved the use of procion dyes, all items were given 2 hot washes to remove any excess dye.
